Job summary

Furlani Foods is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Oak Creek, Wisconsin to oversee a fast-paced production plant and a team of 50–100 associates. You will drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives while ensuring strict health, safety, and food safety standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and production teams to maintain high efficiency and quality across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 50-100 associates.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with health, safety and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 50-100 associates on 3rd shift.
• Enforce Lean Manufacturing principles to drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety and food safety compliance (OSHA, GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA).
• Coordinate across Production, QA, Maintenance, and other teams.
