Timken Company seeks an Off-Shift Distribution Supervisor (Finance) to lead night warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and shipping to meet service goals. You’ll ensure safety, assign tasks, track performance, and drive continuous improvement with Team Leads.

The role requires managing multiple priorities, strong communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of distribution processes. A supportive benefits package accompanies competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of distribution/warehousing processes preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Red Prairie and/or SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Review daily shift reports to identify priorities and staffing needs; coordinate with Team Leads to plan work and reallocate as needed.
• Set performance expectations, coach direct reports, monitor training and document performance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of operation processes; analyze, justify and implement continuous improvement ideas.
• Develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement and follow-through.
• Coach Team Leads to achieve high performance and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental policies.
