Timken is recruiting for a Night Shift Supervisor-Distribution in Duncan, SC. You will lead daily warehousing operations—receiving, picking, packing and shipping—while ensuring safety and meeting production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of distribution processes, and experience with SAP or Red Prairie. Candidates should be able to manage multiple priorities, coach staff, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience with distribution/warehousing processes preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/Red Prairie experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehousing operations including receiving, picking, packing and shipping to meet business objectives.
• Set performance expectations, coach staff, and manage attendance and training.
• Ensure safety, quality and adherence to procedures; identify improvements and mentor team leads.
