Job summary

The Timken Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor-Distribution in Duncan, OK, to lead night warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet service goals. You will guide daily activities, assign work, and solve issues to keep throughput high while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, distribution knowledge, and experience with SAP or Red Prairie.

Qualifications

• High school graduate is required.
• Associate or Bachelor''s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of distribution/warehousing processes is important.

Responsibilities

• Review daily shift reports to identify priorities and staffing needs.
• Coach and train direct reports; monitor performance and attendance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of operation processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop action plans and follow through for completion of improvements.
• Coach Team Leads to achieve high performance.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to policies.
