Sweetie Boy Transportation is seeking an Overnight Dispatcher for night shift in Richmond, VA. This part-time role focuses on coordinating drivers, monitoring dispatch systems, answering calls, and resolving issues during late hours to keep deliveries on track.

You will work Friday 11:00pm–7:00am and Saturday 7:00pm–7:00am, with a competitive hourly wage of $18.00. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from drivers, customers, and team members, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Monitor and manage the dispatching system to keep vehicles on schedule and routes optimized.
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for deliveries, pickups, and emergency reroutes as needed.
• Monitor real-time transportation data (GPS, traffic, fuel) to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logs of dispatch activities and communicate with drivers and customers.
