Job summary

Responsibilities include medication administration per AMAP, guiding self-care activities, and documenting care and outcomes. The role is non-exempt with starting pay at $20 per hour, with ongoing trainings and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• SCIP and Adult CPR certifications must be current.
• Valid NYS driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication per AMAP certification.
• Teaches and supervises ADL and self-care routines.
• Maintains logs and documentation for care and billing.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings.
• Provides transportation for community activities when needed.
