Citizens Options Unlimited is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide overnight and morning support to residents in the Residential Services program, helping with self-care, health, safety, meals, and daily living to maintain a high quality of life.

You will follow treatment plans, assist with medication administration per AMAP policy, document events affecting well-being, and transport residents to day programs if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• AMAP (Approved Medication Administration Personnel) status required and maintained.
• Ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information.
• Excellent team player with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide overnight and morning support to residents to maintain a high quality of life.
• Assist with self-care routines, health, safety, and daily living activities.
• Assist with household chores and meal preparation as needed.
• Follow treatment plans and use adaptive equipment to promote independence and safety.
• Report events that may affect health and well-being of residents.
