Job summary

GFL is seeking an experienced diesel and CNG vehicle maintenance technician to work under shop leadership to keep the fleet road-ready. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining diesel and CNG trucks, testing, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities include DOT inspections, reporting, and ongoing training to expand skills. CDL A/B preferred; ASE certifications are a plus. Must be able to work at the Oklahoma location and use diagnostic software as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and related regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance manuals.
• Experience maintaining diesel and CNG fleets.
• Willingness to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain GFL's Diesel and CNG fleet.
• Inspect brakes, engines, emissions, steering, bearings and other components.
• Test drive trucks to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform electronic diagnostics and hydraulic system repairs.
