Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Diesel Mechanic in Vian, OK to diagnose, repair and maintain a Diesel and CNG fleet. You will inspect brakes, engines, emissions, steering and other systems to ensure road-ready vehicles and perform DOT inspections as required.

Responsibilities include test driving trucks, using diagnostic software, and completing orders and records while maintaining safety standards and a clean work area on the night shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel/CNG maintenance experience.
• CDL Class A or B preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain GFL’s Diesel and CNG fleet.
• Perform brake, engine, emission and steering inspections to ensure proper operation.
• Test drive trucks to diagnose malfunctions and verify repairs.
• Complete reports, work orders and order parts as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety regulations.
