Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a press operator for night shift in Athens, TN. You will operate coil-fed transfer and progressive presses, plan runs for throughput, and document part quality according to customer specs.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of press operating experience; welding/laser/plasma background is a plus. Basic computer skills and adherence to ISO/IATF safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of related press operating experience is required.
• Welding/laser/plasma/water jet background a plus.
• Basic computer skills/office software experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up coil-fed transfer and progressive presses per customer specs.
• Plan each run for throughput and monitor part quality.
• Maintain clean, safe press area and follow safety standards (ISO14001, IATF16949).
• Read/interpret blueprints and welding symbols; apply quality control plans.
• Troubleshoot process/equipment issues quickly and safely.
• Capture production/quality data using basic computer functions.
