Job summary

Magnera Corporation in Tennessee is seeking a Press Operator to lead a flexographic printing press, ensure quality products, and apply SPC and troubleshooting techniques on the line.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, flexographic press experience, a GED or high school diploma, and must be willing to work 3rd shift from 8:45 pm to 5 am, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• S. Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing and flexographic printing press experience.
• Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and lead a printing press ensuring quality using SPC.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and organized work area.
• Read and interpret job travelers and materials.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and teams.
• Train new team members and enforce changeover procedures.
• Use color measurement tools and monitor ink viscosities.
