Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Pressroom Supervisor for a night shift position at a TN production facility near Hendersonville. The role oversees ~20 operators in a high-speed, automated packaging environment, ensuring production goals, quality, waste control, safety, and cleanliness are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Production Planner, maintaining equipment, tracking attendance, and driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in flexographic printing or pressroom supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing with shift leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Approve daily production runs and ensure final quality.
• Coordinate maintenance checks and write work orders for repairs.
• Communicate production schedules across shifts and keep status updated.
