E&E Manufacturing Co, Inc. is seeking a skilled Press Operator to operate coil-fed transfer and progressive presses to customer specifications, plan runs for throughput, and monitor part quality.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, adjusting feeders, gauges, and controls; applying Poka Yoke techniques; and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a high-output plant environment. The role requires standing up to 10 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working Sunday–Thursday, 11:00

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of press operating experience.
• Experience with welding/laser/plasma/background a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Must follow ISO14001 and IATF16949 safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up coil-fed transfer and progressive presses to customer specifications.
• Plan each run for throughput and monitor part quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe press area and uphold safety standards.
• Verify quality with gauges and inspection sheets.
• Read blueprints and procedures and apply Poka Yoke techniques.
• Handle feeder heights, air pressure, and controls; adjust as needed.
• Capture production data and support line operation.
