Job summary

Staples is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to lead a team ensuring timely and complete order deliveries from a Staples warehouse. You will plan daily, weekly, and monthly goals, work with senior management on operational excellence, and drive improvements in productivity and accuracy while coaching associates.

Safety is a priority; you will enforce safe practices and help deliver exceptional customer service through efficient routing and staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transportation experience is required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for a delivery team.
• Ability to analyze operations data and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery Operations team to ensure timely and complete order delivery.
• Plan strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals with senior management.
• Drive process improvements to productivity, accuracy, and budget targets.
• Hire, train and coach associates while monitoring performance via operational reports.
• Promote safe work practices and uphold Staples safety culture.
