Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to lead the delivery team and ensure timely, complete order fulfillment. You’ll plan strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals and work with senior management to drive operational excellence while upholding a strong safety culture.

You’ll coach associates, monitor performance with reports, adjust headcount as needed, and may drive a Staples truck on occasion.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Experience in transportation or distribution.
• Ability to plan headcount and scheduling.
• Commitment to safety culture.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to drive Staples truck when needed.

Responsibilities
