Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada in La Mirada, CA is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to lead the delivery team and plan strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You’ll partner with senior management to drive operational excellence, enhance processes, and coach associates while prioritizing safety and customer outcomes.

Shift hours are 9:00pm–5:30am (Sunday–Thursday) with flexibility based on business needs. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of transportation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen where legally permissible.
• Must obtain a 6‑month DOT medical card for the role.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure timely and complete delivery of all orders.
• Develop strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve operational excellence.
• Recommend improvements to department processes and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, training and coaching of associates.
• Use operational reports to evaluate performance and ensure targets.
