Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Distribution Center’s nightly operations.
• Oversee nightly picking, packing and shipping procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure health and safety compliance per OSHA and company policies.
• Directly manage employees in the Distribution Center’s second shift.
• Optimize workflow to maximize efficiency and meet business needs.
• Uphold professionalism and teamwork with customers, peers, and management.
• Adhere to all company rules, procedures and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
