Job summary

Boot Barn Distribution Center is seeking a qualified Supervisor for the 2nd shift, based in Kansas City, MO. You will lead nightly picking, packing, planning, and order processing to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years distribution center experience preferred.
• At least 3 years in leadership/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of HighJump, WMS and RF applications a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to coach employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage nightly DC operations.
• Oversee nightly picking, packing and shipping procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure safety compliance per OSHA and company policies.
• Directly manage DC team second shift.
• Lead continuous process improvements for efficiency.
