Job summary

adidas is seeking an Operations Leader for our distribution center in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This hourly shift supervisor position guides up to 50 associates, enforces SOPs, maintains safety, and drives performance through coaching and process improvement.

You will use RF guns and WMS to update transactions, mentor teammates for current and future roles, and help deliver excellent customer service while adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years distribution experience.
• Must speak/read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
• Follow all SOPs and act as a role model.
• Develop and maintain a safe work environment.
• Reward and recognize performance.
• Train and coach associates to achieve operational goals and service levels.
