Adidas in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our distribution center operations for the Back Half Night shift (Thu–Sat, 5pm–5am). You will drive productivity, quality, and safety while coaching a team of managers and associates in a fast-growing ecommerce environment.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in related industry, strong data skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in high-volume DC settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in related industry.
• Experience in high-volume ecommerce operations.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to manage managers/supervisors and work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage functional area in DC and achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Train and manage DC associates.
• Maintain knowledge of WCS and WMS platforms.
• Manage collection, reporting and feedback using SAP, Excel, queries and WMS reporting.
• Report on operations metrics for productivity, quality, safety.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards including reporting of accidents, injuries, damages, and potential threats to safety.
