Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Data Entry Operator II to join our team supporting ATF. This is a Night Shift role, working hours 3pm -11:30pm.

The position emphasizes accurate data entry from multiple sources and requires careful attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Duties include accurately entering forms and reports, preparing, labeling and filing records for imaging, identifying issues for management, and navigating various computer functions and web browsers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic computer skills.
• Must type at least 40 wpm with good accuracy.
• Able to work with minimal supervision while following procedures.
• Experience in document processing and data entry preferred.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently perform data entry of forms and reports.
• Prepare, label and file records for document imaging.
• Identify and report potential problems to management.
• Navigate web browsers and office software to retrieve and input data.
