Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician II (L2) to support deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of server, storage, network, and infrastructure equipment in the data center.

This role serves as a primary technical resource during overnight operations, handling hardware installations, break/fix activities, diagnostics, and operational support to ensure uptime. You will work with minimal supervision, respond to incidents, and assist with project deployments

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in data center, IT ops or hardware support.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting server hardware.
• Strong rack-and-stack and structured cabling knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing, asset tracking, and change management.
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a production data center.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Install, rack, and configure servers, storage, and network gear for deployments.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on data center hardware.
• Diagnose and repair server, storage, and hardware failures.
• Document troubleshooting steps and update asset records in systems.
• Support overnight shifts and coordinate with teams during deployments.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring of L1 technicians.
