Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees while performing access-control procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, deliveries, and authorized items entering the data center location.
• Verify credentials and maintain accurate access and screening records.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and entry points to identify unusual activity.
