Job summary

Csquare seeks a Facilities Technician 2 (F) to support electrical and mechanical infrastructure in a 24/7 data center environment. On-call rotation for emergencies is required, with shift work onWed–Sat 9pm–7am ET.

The role includes monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and coordination with vendors, ensuring SLAs and data integrity. On-site work with 50+ lb lifting may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification(s) in critical facilities or data center field preferred.
• 2-years of mission critical facilities operations experience preferred.
• On-call rotation and overtime work required.
• Operational experience with data center critical infrastructure equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical infrastructure per manufacturers' recommendations and corporate specs.
• Identify and troubleshoot root causes of problems.
• Perform building rounds to ensure site integrity.
• Assist and verify customer installation activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
• Monitor facilities systems data and SLAs; ensure data integrity.
