Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Manager for night shift to lead a team of technicians and engineers across multiple data centers, driving capacity, reliability, and safety.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, optimize deployment strategies, and implement service methodologies while ensuring cost efficiency and world-class infrastructure for AWS.

Qualifications

2+ years of in a management or team lead function.
2+ years of in a data center technology role.
2+ years of TCP/IP networking, network cabling, fiber, optic types, and test equipment experience.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent military IT experience.
Knowledge of networking infrastructure topology.
Certifications CCENT/Network+/CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams of technicians and engineers.
Deliver capacity to existing data centers.
Help build and bring online new data centers.
Constantly improve all processes and procedures.
Manage relationships with external vendors & contractors.
Coordinate with internal teams and management groups.
Ensure adherence to local Health & Safety standards in data centers.
Create and maintain metrics on data center operations.
Assist in implementing service methodologies including incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
