Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years Data Center support experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Windows OS.
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills in networking, platforms, and storage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with IP cameras, access control, and Genetec Security Software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, organize information, and communicate clearly.
• Monitor dashboards, datacenters, incidents, and changes.
• Support incidents, changes, and service requests in data centers.
• Document major incidents and notify recovery teams.
