Job summary

Resilience in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing – DAP to lead shift-level operations, directing technicians, equipment, and resources to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets.

You will collaborate with MSAT and Engineering, drive continuous improvement, ensure cGMP compliance, and manage staffing, training, and performance of the DAP team on a night shift schedule reflecting site needs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of packaging or manufacturing operations in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a team while exercising independent judgment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and initiating process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and direct the use of equipment to meet targets for production, quality, safety, and cost.
• Ensure processes meet standards via process confirmations and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Perform Manufacturing Manager duties when designated and represent DAP in cross-functional activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and team problem-solving.
• Collaborate with MSAT and Engineering to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in equipment, facilities, and process design and qualification.
• Support lifecycle management of PET and facility assets and capital planning.
• Promote lean practices and safe work behaviors across shifts.
