Job summary

Amneal in New Jersey seeks a Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across GMP processes. The role includes assisting with equipment start-up, batch production, and R&D support for new products.

The position requires 3+ years in GMP manufacturing and in leading/train staff. It operates a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree related field preferred.
• Associate degree in related field required.
• 3+ years in transdermal drug delivery or GMP environment.
• 3+ years in leading and training staff.
• Specialized knowledge in transdermal, converting, and packaging within GMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities on the manufacturing floor ensuring safety, quality and productivity with GMP compliance.
• Coordinate with quality to ensure compliance; participate in investigations and support R&D for new products.
• Act as Working Supervisor to manufacture various batches; train operators on processing and equipment capabilities.
• Supervise daily operations and demonstrate manufacturing processes.
• Participate in equipment setup, IQ/OQ/PQ; run and clean equipment in GMP environment.
• Conduct mixing, coating, converting, pouching and cartoning operations.
• Communicate daily with staff about department/company events.
