Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, OH, is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing – DAP for the Night shift to lead the shift's technicians, manage resources, and ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met under the PET operating strategy.

You will partner with MSAT and Engineering to resolve process issues, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing team through training and performance management while maintaining strict cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• Leading a team of technicians to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Coordinating staffing, scheduling, and coverage for the shift.
• Partnering with MSAT and Engineering to resolve process problems and optimize performance.
• Ensuring cGMP compliance and supporting internal audits and deviations investigations.
