Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing - DAP in the United States to lead shift-level execution, manage staff, and coordinate with MSAT, Engineering, and Quality to meet production and quality commitments. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

You will drive staffing, schedule coverage, and process confirmations while ensuring cGMP compliance and adherence to EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of packaging or manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills, with ability to lead and develop a team while exercising independent judgment on routine operations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams on initiatives that affect the DAP Operation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and direct the use of equipment and materials to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Confirms the process executed meets standards by conducting process confirmations.
• Coordinates staffing, scheduling, and coverage for their assigned shift.
• Performs Manufacturing Manager duties when designated, including cross-functional activities and client interactions.
• Drives continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, production, and safety using KPIs and team problem solving.
• Partners with MSAT and Engineering to resolve process problems and optimize performance.
• Participates in design, installation, and qualification of new equipment, facilities, and processes.
• Supports lifecycle management of PET and facility assets, input on equipment needs and capital planning.
• Works across PETs and shifts to maintain product flow, share best practices, and reinforce lean behaviors.
• Promotes safe work practices and holds the shift accountable to external and Resilience EHS standards daily.
