Aurora Organic Dairy is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift at our Columbia, MO plant. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to GMP and SQF standards while keeping the line running smoothly.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and the ability to troubleshoot equipment, follow safety rules, and work in a cold environment (34–38°F). The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and night-shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Understand GMP standards and quality control measures.
• Previous filling equipment experience is preferred, but not required
• Detail oriented team member with a strong, honest work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks daily.
• Must be able to troubleshoot, assess and correct issues with case packing machinery.
• Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues that might affect production efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and maintain product quality.
• Monitor and report deviations from Food Safety and Food Quality programs to supervisor.
• Ensure case packing machines are in proper working condition.
• Maintain raw material supply including glue products and shipping boxes.
• Gather and enter pertinent information for logs and documentation.
• Assist Filler Operator and Forklift Operator with pallet production information.
• Rotate operators to ensure breaks and lunches are met.
• Maintain housekeeping for case packing and cooler area.
