Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Engineering or Business preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisor or frontline leadership experience.
• Experience in UHT or UP dairy products; HTST a plus.
• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing, TPM and Lean practices.
• Regulatory knowledge for food processing; Organic standards exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, warehouse, receiving and supervisory crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to HACCP/SQF and company policies.
• Coach teams to hit performance, cost, and service goals.
• Train employees in safety, food quality, HACCP and CCPs.
• Direct Quality and Maintenance personnel as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and safe working environment.
