Pay is $23.65/hour plus a $1.50 shift premium, reflecting the competitive night shift rate in Wisconsin. In this role you will work across plant areas handling ingredients and finished products, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and follow GMP, HACCP and SQF requirements to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Dependable and reliable, able to work independently or with a team.
• Weekend or holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate in different areas of the plant handling ingredients and finished products.
• Keep warehouse and production floor organized.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Follow GMP, HACCP and SQF policies and reporting any nonconformity.
• Attend required training including Safety, GMP, HACCP and SQF.
