Castelion is seeking a Night Shift CVD Operations Technician to support development of hypersonic flight TPS materials. You will operate and monitor CVD reactors, ensuring uptime and safe, reliable production in a fast-paced environment.

Join a hands-on team that collaborates with engineering to optimize processes; this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, meticulous documentation, and the ability to work nights while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Experience following written procedures and documenting process data.
• Comfort with night shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Support overnight operation and monitoring of CVD reactors.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare reactors for production runs.
• Follow standard operating procedures and document process data.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop process operations.
