Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Dover, New Jersey, is seeking a Cutter to join our casting operation. The role cuts castings from sprues using various saws and related equipment, on a Midnight shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, with training on the 1st shift.

Starting hourly rate is $27.90, rising to $30.63 after 12 months, with shift premium for off-shift work. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, holidays, 401(k) with company match, health and life

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Must obtain alloy verification certification (where applicable).

Responsabilités

• Cut castings from sprues or gates using cutting equipment (wet saw, Kalamazoo saws, water jets, etc.).
• Maintain proper identity of castings and keep scrap and sprues separate.
• Perform shell removal, grinding and finishing of castings as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with EH&S rules.
