CBRE is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support a major telecommunications client in Greenville, TX. This overnight role handles facility-related service requests, coordinates with vendors, and maintains accurate records in CMMS.

Working Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, you will deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot routine issues, and help onboard new team members. This temporary to permanent position is onsite in Greenville.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, dispatching, or call center.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work overnight.
• Experience with ticketing or CMMS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Monitor alarms and escalation guidelines.
• Create and manage service tickets.
• Dispatch work orders to vendors.
• Run daily operational reports.
• Communicate status to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain CMMS records.
• Assist onboarding and training.
• Deliver accurate, professional service.
• Support overnight operations by escalating critical issues.
