Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• React to BMS alarms and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with processes and laws.
• Maintain planned preventive and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
• Check BMS for running/alarm conditions and address HVAC issues.
• Take meter readings from UPS, PDUs, and utilities during walkthroughs.
• Provide fixes to facility faults and defects.
• Follow procedures and safety standards to ensure quality maintenance records.
