Job summary

Anchorage Digital seeks a Member of Custody Operations, Digital Assets to manage day-to-day client transactions with a risk-conscious approach and deliver an excellent operational experience. • Experience supporting institutional clients in financial services and/or digital assets with AML awareness.
• Familiarity with how institutional clients operate in crypto custody space.
• Understanding of traditional financial services, products, and strategies to support clients.
• Experience serving clients across multiple channels (chat, text, phone, email, video).

Responsibilities

• Service institutional clients by managing operational tasks and reviewing transactions.
