GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for Portland Public Schools in Lyons, MI. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 3pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly, with a work schedule that supports school operations after hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Residence in or near Lyons, MI is preferred for reliable commutes.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication with stakeholders.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility in daily tasks.
• Nightly perimeter door checks to ensure security and safety.
• Perform cleaning duties: mop, dust, restrooms, trash, and related tasks.
