Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform daily janitorial tasks, handle hazardous waste duties, and operate cleaning equipment while reporting incidents to supervision.

The role requires reading and following procedures, teamwork, and a professional appearance. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and keep assigned areas clean.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibilities incl. collection, labeling, and shipping.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain equipment.
• Report incidents or hazardous conditions to supervisor and follow safety rules.
