Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include following daily schedules, reporting incidents, handling hazardous waste, and cooperating with the team to meet quality standards while upholding SBM's safety policies.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• Driver's license may be required based on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily schedule tasks.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibilities including labeling, sorting, and shipping.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain areas.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers.
