Job summary

Babson College is seeking a Custodian for the 3rd shift in Wellesley, MA. The role involves cleaning, servicing, and restocking in offices, residence halls, and campus buildings.

You will operate cleaning equipment and maintain facilities while ensuring safety and respectful interaction with students and staff. The position requires basic cleaning experience, OSHA/health training, and flexibility to work weekends or additional shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of cleaning experience.
• Hepatitis B vaccination and OSHA training as required.
• Ability to work in a team and across different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning, servicing and restocking in assigned building.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, cleans restrooms, washes windows and walls as needed.
• Removes trash, sanitizes areas, and changes waste containers as required.
• Polishes brass and stainless steel and maintains furniture without disturbing occupants.
• Supports events and snow removal; follows safety and sign-in procedures.
