Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs routine building and ground maintenance including cleaning, snow removal, and lawn mowing.
• Performs inspections to ensure building security and cleanliness.
• Ensures custodial staff is trained to secure building and equipment.
• Cleans buildings: floors, bathrooms, windows, and related surfaces.
• Performs ground maintenance: mowing, watering, sweeping, weeding.
• Moves and stores furniture and equipment; opens and secures building.
• Responds to emergencies; may perform minor repairs; operates cleaning equipment.
