Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate routine building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, snow removal, and lawn care.
• Inspect building security and cleanliness; ensure staff are trained and follow safety protocols.
• Perform cleaning tasks and minor repairs; manage floor and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies; assign and complete custodial duties as needed.
• Open/secure buildings and supervise custodial teams to maintain safe facilities.
