Job summary

The Biltmore Company seeks a Facilities Services Staff II for the 3rd shift at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. Typical hours run 10:58pm–6:58am, with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include custodial duties, maintenance tasks, and safety/compliance with OSHA standards to ensure a world-class guest experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and custodial/maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training preferred.
• 1+ year custodial/janitorial or maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and read MSD sheets.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms to Biltmore standards; tidy public spaces and offices.
• Stock supplies and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
• Snow and storm debris cleanup; operate cleaning equipment as needed.
• Assist with area operations and maintain supply areas.
• Work overtime or different shift as required by management.
