Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a facilities services team member for the third shift (10:58pm–6:58am) to perform custodial duties at Biltmore Estate locations including Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village, and related venues.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms and public spaces, snow removal, and light maintenance. Requires HS diploma or GED, 1+ year custodial/maintenance experience, and ability to lift 50–75 lbs; valid license and 19+. Weather/holiday shifts apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year custodial/janitorial or maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work third shift, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and be at least 19 years old.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms with a high degree of cleanliness to Biltmore standards.
• Clean public areas, offices, break rooms, and trash receptacles.
• Snow removal at RTSC, Village, and AHV Barn (hotel stay included).
• Assist with maintenance tasks and light bulbs, pressure washing.
• Climb scaffolding or ladders as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and perform emergency cleanup.
