Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning operations and provide work direction to custodial staff.

You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, track supplies, and assist in scheduling and training under the Custodial Supervisor. The role includes safety inspections and reporting hazards, with an evening schedule and a pay rate of $18–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification may be required; valid driver’s license may be required; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory and maintenance.
