Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian Lead to supervise custodial staff, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, and assist in scheduling and training. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, tracking inventory, and reporting incidents. A valid driver’s license may be required based on site needs.

Strong safety awareness and communication skills are essential. The position follows a regular Mon–Fri shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM with a wage of $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma / GED required. At least 1-year related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Driver's license may be required based on business needs; valid MVR standards apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Monitor PPE use and supplies; enforce safety.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
