Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Customer Service Representative Lead to oversee janitorial staff and ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in assigned areas. You will provide direction, schedule training, operate cleaning equipment, and monitor consumables.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years’ related experience, and certifications such as CPR/AED/First Aid; forklift certification may be needed. Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm–6:30am, $17–$18/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate cleaning equipment.
• Follow daily schedules and provide work direction to custodians.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training.
• Quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor and ensure proper use of PPE and supplies.
