Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Lead in Tucson, AZ. The role includes leading custodial staff, performing janitorial duties, and ensuring daily site cleanliness and safety.

You will schedule, train, and supervise the team, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and monitor inventory while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a dynamic environment. Shifts run Monday–Friday, evenings, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least 1 year of related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification, valid driver's license; forklift certification may be required.
• Strong reading, verbal and written communication; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow daily schedule.
• Provide direction and assistance to custodians as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed; operate cleaning equipment.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; report issues to supervisor.
• Conduct safety inspections and report hazards promptly.
• Ensure all duties are completed to maintain cleanliness and safety across sites.
